Tango Therapy: Wellness Classes
Weekly free tango sessions uniquely adapted for veterans (including those with PTSD), seniors, people with disabilities, and those with chronic injuries. These classes leverage Argentine tango to foster physical movement, mental health, and social connections. No previous dance experience required, and all abilities are welcome.

Inclusive Social Events & Milongas
Organizing regular inclusive tango evenings and dance events in the Bay Area—known as milongas—to help combat isolation and create joyful spaces for veterans, older adults, and those seeking community. Open to dancers and non-dancers alike.

Workshops, Lectures, and Performances
